In the D1NAMO project we aim to develop a pervasive personal-sensing application for patients with diabetes type 1 that will make use of advanced wearable devices to monitor the physiological data of the patient in order to - monitoring the activity of the patient, by sensing different physiological data, such as heart rate, ECG and breathing rate,
- providing informative feedback to the patient and the doctor about the amount of physical activity performed and its impact on the patient diet and medication,
- and detecting symptoms of hypoglycaemic attacks in order to provide early alerts to the doctor.
